Exchange Policy

1. All exchange item should have original packing, accessories, and reason of
exchange.
2. To reach the target of hassle free internet purchase, QC are done strictly for
every item. In case you find any defective products, please contact us
within 2 days after receiving it. After this due date, complaint will not be
entertained.
3. Our terms of definition for defects includes:
a) Manufacturing defect, large area of dirt, decoration of bags is missing
b) Exchange can only be done within period stated, additional postal fee will
be borned by Fabulosity on Earth if it is caused by direct error or fault by
Fabulosity on Earth, otherwise are to be bore by buyer(s).
c) Please contact our customer service through YM or email before doing any
exchange, providing us your full name, reason for exchange, image of
defective item and we will seek the best solution to help you solve your
problem.

Conditions that are NOT under Exchange Policy

1) Smell. Some of the materials undergo special treatment during
manufacturing, normally after wash 1 time, the smell will disappear.
2) Real product slightly different from the picture provided . Different monitors
display colors differently, and definition of color is not the same, thus we
cannot guarantee what you see in our picture is exactly 100% same as our
product. We will do our best to describe every item if they are different from
our pictures.
3) Personal causes (e.g.: do not read carefully the product description, repeat
same order, not satisfy, cannot fit or dislike the patterns )
4) Exchange for other products.
5) Any exchange done without contacting our customer service.
6) Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories.
7) Tag was removed and wore item.
8) Exceeded exchange period, small area of dirt, washed.
9) Products not purchased from Fabulosity on Earth.
10) Misuse or mishandling of product.
11) Any alteration done to product all goods sold are not refundable.
